At Wardrobe Direct, we offer a 12 months warranty on all your purchases.
Below you can find everything you need to know about your rights and protection under UK law and the extended warranties we offer to protect your furniture even further for instances like accidental damage or stains.
We take every step possible during our research and development to ensure your new furniture is going to put up with the strain and repetition of everyday living.
Under UK law you are protected by a 12 months warranty against defects, these cover manufacturing defects or faulty parts, you are not covered for misuse or neglect, such as accidental damage during and after self-assembly process.
The warranty does not cover the below:
- Stains
- Accidental Damage caused after delivery
- Structural Issues after 12 months
- Structural Damages caused after moving the furniture once assembled
- Damaged parts claimed after they have been assembled
- Damaged parts claimed 14 days after they have been delivered

If you have an problem or issue with any part of your order, please send us an email on sales@wardrobedirect.com with the following information:
- Your Name and Order Reference Number
- Images of the affected parts of your order (We may request a video)
- Written description of fault/problem
Alternatively you may submit the warranty claim form below and our after sales representatives will review your claim and reply within 3-5 working days.
